Death and Memorial
Kolenu aims to address the needs within our community to mourn and celebrate their loved ones in a humanistic Jewish manner. Funeral services are not currently within the scope of Kolenu, however we can offer other avenues in the short and long term periods of grief.
We have curated a meaningful Minyan service that embodies both traditional Jewish prayers as well as contemporary and musical elements aligned with Kolenu’s humanistic values. We also offer various ways to engage with the community to mark the Yahrzeit of a loved one.
